Netkey 4D Methodology

The Netkey 4D Methodology is the first Internet-centric methodology designed specifically for self-service and digital signage. The Methodology comprises four phases—Discovery, Design, Develop, and Deploy—each building on its predecessor. The early phases help you identify, quantify, and build an effective Netkey self-service solution project plan. Later phases put your plan into action.

Phase 1: Discover

Netkey consultants work with you to determine the complexity and scope of your project, and to align the solution priorities with business strategy, operations and technology goals. If you have participated in a Netkey Needs Assessment, that document becomes the foundation of the Discovery phase.

Phase 2: Design

Leveraging our award winning design capabilities and usability expertise, Netkey helps you visualize and plan the key aspects of your self-service or digital signage application solution: user interface design, application and navigation flow, monitoring parameters, reporting requirements, and more.

Phase 3: Develop

Working closely with you, we design, build, configure, and test your new Netkey system.

Phase 4: Deploy

Your Netkey system goes live in a managed rollout that is continuously evaluated for reliability, functionality, and performance. We can help ensure that the deployment goes smoothly. Netkey shifts to support mode, helping to troubleshoot, teaching you how to maximize the value of the system, and identifying next-step opportunities for your self-service and digital signage application and business.
